Duck Creek Fireworks:

A Tribute

to our

Armed Services

We are proud to once again present the Duck Creek Fireworks July 4th Celebration to our fellow Grand Lakers.

We work all year to make the Duck Creek Fireworks Spectacular a memorable experience that will thrill the young and old alike, but it truly is a group effort of the community. And, Without donations there is no celebration.

What to expect on July 4, 2008:

  • Great day to wear your 2008 Duck Creek Fireworks T-shirt
  • An insert in The Chronicle and the website, www.duckcreekfireworks.com will list the schedule of events for the day and a picture with a brief write-up about each of the 20 plus War Birds
  • You will have the opportunity to visit the South Grand Lake Regional Airport to meet and greet the pilots and their planes and watch them flyover Duck Creek and vicinity
  • New this year is an aerobatic plane performance which will offer afternoon entertainment
  • The spectacular flyover of the F-16's allowing us to salute our soldiers
  • And at the first sign of dark skies the incredible fireworks will begin

All donations are WELCOMED and NEEDED. Donations over $100 or more will be printed in The Chronicle.

Be a "Spark Plug"!

What is a Spark Plug? You donate at least $500 to become a Spark Plug. You will receive a private invitation to the exclusive Spark Plug dinner being held on June 8th, an evening we promise you will be talking about for the next year.

Just ask anyone that was there last year.

HOLD ONTO YOUR SPARKLER AND LET THE SHOW BEGIN!

THIS CELEBRATION IS A TRIBUTE AND THANK YOU TO THE MEN AND WOMEN, PAST AND PRESENT, SERVING IN THE ARMED SERVICES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!

LET FREEDOM RING!
